Jake and his crew are Top Notch! We went with this company based on word of mouth around our area. Starting with Jake, very professional while still personable. His crew worked well and speedy. Our house (with a rain shower in between) was done in 4 hours! They were kind, professional and cleaned up the mess so well, you couldn’t tell anyone was there! The roof looks absolutely stunning! We decided to go with Jake’s suggestion on shingle color and it was spot on. We are so happy with our new roof. If you go with this company, you will not be disappointed.

Area Roofing, Siding and Gutters installed a new roof on our house in June 2026, and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, communication was excellent. They clearly explained the plan, the cost, and exactly what would be covered by insurance versus what we'd be responsible for. There was never any confusion, and working with our insurance adjuster on the hail damage claim went smoothly with zero issues on deductibles or coverage. The crew showed up exactly when promised, worked hard as a team, and stayed friendly throughout the whole job. They protected our property carefully — covering our bushes and garden beds with tarps and even building a tent over our raised vegetable garden in the backyard. Not a single plant was damaged. They were fast and thorough tearing off the old shingles, and when they found some areas of concern in the decking (even though our house is only six years old), they replaced it without hesitation. Cleanup was immaculate — we haven't found a single stray nail in the yard, gardens, or flower beds. Nick, our project manager, did a great job keeping everything on track, and it was clear he had the full backing of company leadership Cameron and Jake, who made sure every detail was handled appropriately.
